today i get suspended because of my payment options. i put a credit card on there and bought one month of gold over months ago, and i put no renewal. just before it ran out i put in a 3 month repaid card. And apparently it charged me with another one month of gold, even though i said not to renew it. now i owe microsoft 10$ and xbox live support cant cancel it. wtf.

that happened to me before I bought a 1 year on my xbox and paid it there was $100 on the card then the next day it said it wasn't paid and I was suspended for 2 months then after the 2 months when I got back on it said I had to pay 3 years worth of xbox which would have been around $210 so I called them and sorted everything out but still had to pay a $30 reactivation fee
