It's not Microsoft. It is Treyarch who made the probation for leaving games to soon to prevent dashboarders. I think it is a good idea, but badly implemented because it hurts people with bad connections who get disconnected a lot.

i meant treyarch haha i think its bad that they kick me for accidently team killing my team mates i know the video shows im team killing with intent but that was from video purpose only
