Around 16-18 revives a green "power-up" spark will appear, and you will have permanent quick revive. Simple. You guys are over-thinking this, way too much.

Me? No I haven't beat campaign. I just played a few missions.

heres how to get it! listen carefully.. GO TO CUSTOM MATCH! bring a split screener or a friend(s) could care less then have them down there selfs and revive them do this 10-20 times i got it and it works has nothing to do with leaderboards so stop saying it does. IF done correct when you revive the person(s) you should see GREEN bubbles if you see that then you got..... PERM quick revive! Please rep me and like this post [even know its not mine] nice find and all. I am searching the world for how to or if you can get [jug, slight of hand, stamina, doubletap, tombstone].

Can anyone else confirm getting 110 miles will earn you Stamin-up?

I call bull, I have 146 miles and no Stamina-Up.

It's not 100 revives, it is less since I don't have 100 revives but, have quick revive.
