It says for the last 5 camos that you have to unlock Kryptic Typhon first... does this mean once i hit 200 kills the rest, including gold, just pop up?

No once you hit 200 kills with it the rest will pop up for you to complete.

yes this is correct and you have to do other stuff to get the gold such as back stabs and blood streaks

after 200 you get all of them except for gold. to get gold you have to to a couple different challenges
