Bad Flash mate or Dashlaunch. Alot of people are having issues using Xell
Do You have a NAND Dump of your last flash ( one that worked ? )
If so Reflash it using that then try boot into Xell and Save the keys in a safe place.
Are you using a Dev Nand by any chance ?

Dont be smashing it.
Dash launch EDIT's the nand. so you can boot into FreeStyle without selecting it through XeXMenu and run XeX's From When consoles turned on.
Try Removing HDD if not, Buy a NAND-Xkit and make a new nand out of the one you got ( or obtain a donor nand )
This isnt the end of the world.
The only way your going to get your CPU Key is via Xell,
Witch you can install Xell w/o a CPU Key as its the main program that obtains it.
just Reflash Xell to current nand and Flash it back to console. Then hit Eject.. and from this you have your CPU Key and can begin to create a new image for you jtag.
Hope this helped mate.
