So has anyone figured out how to get the other perks permanently?

Well the last thing I intended to happen is for people to start fighting over this. It is legit. I'm not lying, I'm not trying to troll you. If you choose not to believe it then fine that's your problem. But this is confirmed information. If you don't believe me either try it yourself, look it up on YouTube, or just don't believe me. But I just want to help people by getting this information out there, fighting over this topic is just plain stupid...

I am the skull with blue eyes and have well over 100 revives but I for sure don't have the quick revive thing, i see my friend doing it all the time he can get us up so quick but not me and I have more revives

I got this to work by signing in with a guest and reviving him 13 times, and i had 92 revives on the leaderboards when i got it to work.
