Hard to say who is the best, rap has hundred of sub-genres. My favorites are ASAP Rocky, Schoolboy Q, Lupe, Macklemore, Biggie (I have ALL of his music), Andre 3000, Slug, and Kendrick Lamar.
Worst- ALL of YMCMB. Except maybe one verse by Drake.
