If you want, you could get some more RAM just for the the hell of it, or if you are doing rendering. If you want some more gaming power you can surely get some better graphics cards than that.

It's not really "show-off" material with that FX CPU.

The 7850 is a great card and there's no financial sense in switching to Intel at this point. Too late for that; the damage is done. What I would do is add an SSD, but your motherboard does not have SATA III so you're in a pickle. What I would do is sell the AMD CPU and motherboard because adding an SSD will necessitate a motherboard upgrade anyway. Then you can buy Intel and a SATA III SSD.
