Just right now CMD opened up and said something like "Copying 1 File[s]"

but then i closed out of it...Is it possibly a virus/RAT?

COULD be. Did you install any new programs lately or go to any website you usually don't go to?

hmmmm no. I go to a lot of random sites..so its possible

the CMD just opened and closed right now again

Try going into task manager and check if any unusual progresses are running which you don't know of and google them to verify their legitimacy. Also, a virus scan wouldn't hurt.
