I was playing and reached LvL 53 and then turned off the Xbox. When I turn it back on, i'm LvL 40. I lost everyting I had, my Callsigns and all. Is there anything I can do to get to LvL 53 back?

Nope, I was just playing TDM alone all day. When I turned on my Xbox, it just said "Prestige 1 LVL 40". I don't know what to do.

You must have done something wrong, such as boosting or something like that. If so, it's your own fault.

servers are still glitch i think.
I haven't had that problem yet but a few friends said they have.

The only think I can recommend is contacting Tray arc. They are pretty much the only option.
Edit: I would supply a phone number or email but I can't seem to find one.

This can happen.

I went on and got an error box come up to say there was an error with the system and that it had to restore me to an earlier level

My friend has been faced with this issue too, well I think you must of turned it off in game? If you have, that is a big do not do. Back out the the main menu, then it is safe to turn off your console. Contact 3arc or Activision to possibly get your rank back.

They didn't even give me a Error message at all
