this. I am not going to accuse you of cheating, but people don't get banned for no reason. The only realistic possibility is that your account failed to download from their servers, but they keep backups that cycle every 12-24 hours...don't ask me how I know this lol if I was you I would just attempt an account recovery, reset your internet, then connect to their server and see if your issue is resolved, if not, then you did something wrong somewhere. Here is their ToS:
