I'm upgrading my pc and I need, a mobo, ram (already got 4gb ddr3 but want more) CPU, GPU and a psu.
I've I'm looking to spend 300 to 350 gbp maybe abit more but ideally less.
If you could help me out that would be great.

Well, I can't list specific parts but here's what I can give you:
For the MOBO & CPU go with intel, most good CPUs require an LGA 1155 socket intel motherboard.
For the RAM just pickup another stick of 4GB ram and use the other ram stick in your new motherboard

That's all I can give you
