Can you get banned for using a modded controller in black ops 2? I have been reading that you cant because they cant prove it but they did put it in the code of conduct so just to be safe. Will they ban you?

No you cannot. Like you said, they cannot prove it. It could be simply a trigger finger.

He is only asking a question. Who is to say he actually has one or plans to even use it in the Black Ops 2 Game? Just leave him to do what he feels is right or wrong. which ever he chooses, he will get the consequence and not us.
