we were just messing around in strength training last year and wanted to see how high we could get.

Power cleans usually end with a press and involve a squat but still very nice.
I believe false claims of bench maxes and rock hard abs are coming.

I workout a lot, I am very fit but not very defined. I have abs quite tight but I still need to lose a little bit more of bodyfat.

haha yea, when i clean i tend not to go in to a full front squat, but i get it upphigh enough.

I bench 450, it looks like you don't even lift.
