if you know the anwser to the secret question you can retrieve it that way or if you ever set up a phone number go to i forgot my passwrod it will ask you if you want them to send a code to your phone have them do that type in the code that they send you and then you can change your passwrod if you have any further questions feel free to pm and i will be glad to assist you=)
