Is a ATI Radeon HD 5450 PCI-EXPRESS GRAPHICS CARD 2GB worth buying? (want to run black ops)

no, that is more of an everyday and casual gaming graphics card..maybe look into the 7770 or GTX 650 if your looking for Cheap but quality Video Cards (Black ops isnt really that hard to run so you could probably sneak by with an even cheaper card)

Definately go no lower than a 7770 if you want to play games, they are decent little cards that will play games on medium/high settings especially if you play at 720p

today is a good day to shop..7770 are about 70$ on Tigerdirect and if you buy a GTX 650 you get Assasins Creed III for free

The 5450 is useless for gaming, i use one in a old PC that i use as a media center PC, it will play 1080p video back no problem but gaming it's useless for.

as said above a 7770 is not bad and can be brought pretty cheap, you can get one from novatech for 87 and it has 2 games with it

no you have to look into the more 150-200 pounds gpu to run all the new gfx needed
