Upon entering the Map you will be greeted by myself. You will have spawned in an obsidian bowl. You must have read the forum and know the rules. I have special jobs awarded to trusted and accomplished players, They are a noble meaning you will be above other citizens able to enforce the law and will receive your own house plus a full suit of armor. You will help the town in times of bandit raids. You also have the option to be a bandit which means you can make a secret camp, kill people, and raid the town at night. You must have been in my world 10 times and done something i deem worthy. PLEASE READ THE REST.

That means the server is full and you will have to wait your turn. When the server gets bigger, I will have a time limit of how long people are allowed to be in the world so everyone gets a chance to play.

Structures:

1. Bank

-This is where you go to claim your salaries.
-You can also get loans if I feel you are dedicated to the server.
-You may also open up an account at the Bank.
-$100 Chest.


2. Resident Houses (You can either buy one or become a Homeowner)
WE HAVE USED AN NPC VILLAGE HOPING YOU MODIFY IT
-Players personal quarters. If you do not own the house, you may not enter or take anything from it.
-To buy or build your own house, you must own a House Permit.


3. Apartments, Hotels(These structures don't require House Permit before purchase.)

-Apartments are living space for those who don't want to become a Home Owner yet or who can't afford to be one.
-Hotels are rent able rooms (ROOMS CAN BE BOUGHT FOR A HEAFTY PRICE.)


4. Shops (Business Structure. Only players with Business Permits can own one)

-This is where Farmers, Miners, and any other person goes to sell Resources they earned or mined. This is also where people go to purchase materials for their own personal use. See World Prices for lists of all prices. If price not listed, please leave a post or tell an admin.


5.Prison
-The Prison is where you go if you commit a Crime. Sentence varies on all players. Admins have final say.

Redstone Specialist: (Wages = Varies on what you build)
-Creates anything that has to do with Redstone.
-Must gain permission before building anything out of Redstone.

Insurance Agent( $50 a day
- You insure peoples belongings
- they pay you accordingly(your prices)
-You replace their stuff if destroyed

Builder: (Wages = $70 a day plus if you build for others )
MODERN BUILDS ONLY MUST SHOW BUILDINGS YOU HAVE DONE. I must come to your world and see
-Creates Structures.
-Builders must get approval from an World Owner before they create something.
-The land Builders build on MUST coincide with the path. This is why World Owner must be notified.

-Maintains Bank. (only trusted players)
-Counts how many Minecraft Days has gone by and lets everyone knwo when Payday is.

Guard: (Wages = $40 a day)
YOU MUST BE IN MY WORLD 3 TIMES BEFORE APPLYING
-Keeps order around world. Takes people to jail. Can be hired to guard anything. (only trusted players)
-If a Guard catches a Griever, they get extra pay.
-If someone grieves and Guard doesn't know who, they get deduct pay.

-Can do any job. Requires a permit.
-If you choose this job, remember, you have to do anything World Owner or Admin says. Think hard about choosing this job.

This is a community world. So communication is KEY.


Job Expectations:

Builders: My standards are REALLY high for Builds. Please keep builds modern. No plain or ugly builds please.

Guards: You are one of the most important people on the server. You must walk around the world and make sure everyones following the rules. DO NOT ABUSE YOUR POWER.

Banker: Another very important job. You keep the banks safe and you're in charge of providing the people's salaries.

Shop Owner: Must always have a sign outside that says "Closed" or "Open." If you are leaving your shop, you must close it. You buy and sell all resources from players. Shop owners must set their prices to the World Price listed above if selling. If they are buying, they make up their own prices. Low blowing other players by buying their resources REALLY cheap will get you in trouble. DON'T DO IT.

Remember, keep in role. This may be a game, but its a lot of fun if people stay in role and act like its real life.
