I'm currently another hosting a Call of Duty 4 10th/11th prestige lobby using an amazing unreleased verification patch curtosy of Cheez from Pubstar Gaming. The livestream can be viewed at:

Prices are as follows:
$5 = infections only
$10 = your choice of 10th or 11th prestige, all challenges, all infections
$15 = 9th prestige, all challenges, all infections ($5 fee is for switching patches)
$5 per extra person with the 9th/10th/11th packages
