I've had my trident triple nand slim, and my demon dual nand slim running almost 24/7 for a year now switching between retail and RGH nands, plus doing infections, deranking, etc... Without a problem, that's the point of the dual nand so things you do on your RGH side don't show up on your retail nand.

If you do things like send mass messages and spam people saying modded lobbies, recover more than a few accounts, etc... You'll get banned no matter what console, long as you don't do painfully obvious things you should be fine. Same thing for flashed disc drives, truncating, playing pre-release on any a profile and moving that profile to live. Long as you don't do anything stupid like that you'll be fine.

what if the rgh has a flashed drive, thats y i plan to buy one is to play backups, will this affect the retail? are jtags online?

if you have the lastest firmwire lt+3.0 soon to be lt ultimate your are safe and jtags are offline but their is a $100 per day method for getting online xbox live stealth i belive

Well if your disc drive is flashed with LT 3.0 you can play backups on your dual nand slim and either nand. But there are conditions on the live nand.

Some would say you have to have a ihas burner and you cannot trunicate discs, if you using your standard computer drive and burn a game you'll have to trunicate the disc to burn it, and some claim you'll get flagged for trunicating.

Jtags are offline, some people claim to offer spots on a server but prices I saw for the current dash are $350 a week. Any one else seen anything cheaper?

The point of the jtag is you don't needs discs, you can just transfer it over to your jtag hard drive via internet cable and your router in just a few minutes. Or play off a usb stick. But you have to play offline, and you cannot move your profile from retail to your jtag then back to retail without it being corrupted and or flagged, some are successful, most will just get themselves flagged (prerelease play)
