I randomly got it. Don't know how, but I hip fired at a zombie, and a green pop went off above it and whenever a zombie dies his head goes boom.

i got 400+ deaths and no Tombstone & i got 1600+ grenade kills yet still no PHD Flopper

What you have posted here is nothing more than nonsense. The only three confirmed ones at this point are quick revive, deadshot and "upgraded barriers" otherwise known as Irn-Bru as named by the g-faqs community as it was discovered there first and fits with the drink theme.

Can you have jug while doing the one for unlimited jug?
