Basically jagex apparently filed a lawsuit against me for RW trading (which I did buy/sell gold a couple months ago) and I received and email yesterday saying they had a lawsuit against me. I don't know if it is a phisher or not.

The email included a case number too. Is it still fake? It had me shitting bricks earlier not even gonna lie because I actually did do exactly what the email described (sold gold/accounts)

It is most likely fake, do not worry. Try not to worry about it too much. People send e-mails like this all the time through different games.
