I have been banned on my account! someone hacked me and started sending messages asking for peoples details! is there a way i can get unbanned (30/12/9999)

your going to have to call the xbox number and open an UA claim (Unauthorized Access) It will take about a month in order for the enforcement team (total douche team) to come up with a verdict

it said that i was trying to get peoples information! they promoted a scamming website they sent it to my friends. and yeh lol i have alot of coins that i need to put on another account but i will loads on tax

Actually... i was reading earlier a topic on this site. said something about phoning them about something like saying i purchased an item and it says i haven't bought it or it isnt in my download history. it will cause them to look up your profile and you recover it while there doing so? not sure if it works you might wanna find the post
