Okay, so I went black friday shopping with my parents. Of coarse i saw everything i was going to get. One of the gifts were the Compaq Presario 15.7" CQ57.

Would this be a good gaming laptop?

At least for simple games like TF2 And minecraft and whatnot?

You might be able to run the games, but not well at all, as this laptop has an integrated graphics chip and only 2GB of RAM, plus the processor is pretty slow only being clocked at 1.5Ghz.

Laptops arent the best for gaming, better of getting a pc.

No one wants to hear that the gift that they "might" receive is not going to be good. I think that if you have the correct settings on minecraft then you should be able to run it good. Just have a low render distance and maybe have optifine.
