Processor Intel Core i3-2350M (2.30GHz, 3MB L3 Cache)
O/S Genuine Windows 7 Home Premium, 64-bit
Memory 4GB DDR3
Hard Drive 750GB
Screen 17.3" Cinematic HD TFT with TruBrite LED
Graphics Intel HD Graphics - up to 1696MB
Audio High Definition Audio, Built-in stereo speakers
Optical Drive DVD SuperMulti (+/-R double layer)
Reader/Inputs Multi-In-One card reader + 1x HDMI port
Wi-Fi 802.11 Wifi B - G - N
WebCam Integrated Digital WebCam

I saw youtube vids on people using Intel HD graphics cards on Minecraft, and it doesn't look like it lags, but if there are other components that may lag it.

Integrated graphics is huge, 4GB of RAM, and the processor. You can run MC with integrated but you should probably upgrade the ram and processor. With that computer, nothing else running, you could get maybe 45 FPS average.

It will run it okay, my laptop is similar to this and it gets 30 fps on short. I'm guessing this is a laptop as well which means that its not really upgradable

I would upgrade the RAM because the graphics card will be using it

I probably sound stupid, but is the RAM the 4GB DDR3?

I'm not a computer expert, and how fast would it fill it?

Yes 4GB DDR3. search the laptop model on youtube on how to change the RAM. RAM doesn't fill but if you had 6-8 GB RAM then that will be enough
