Well, someone can't 'Hack' your acount unless you gave your details to someone. And there's nothing we can do to help you. The only thing I suggest doing is, contracting Microsoft and explain the issue about your account. Or try talking to an XBLPET member on the Xbox Forums.

There is no way microsoft can unban you after a permament ban man. Sorry, as soon as they issue a perma-ban they cannot not do anything about it.

you my friend are an idiot..... they just tell you that as an automatic go to. i talked to a manager and he told me they say that to just get dine with the problem faster

No, there is no way you can get unbanned. you will have to purchase a new console

An Unauthorize Access takes 3 days, tops, and Enforcement will only reverse the ban, if indeed, it is verified that the actions that resulted in the ban, were done outside the control of the account owner.
