So I wanna get a decent monitor for under $120 and I already have a monitor but it is from like 06 dell and I'm building a gaming pc and I just need to upgrade stuff and also what's a good keyboard dosnt have to be for gaming!

What I call a decent monitor and what you call a decent monitor are two different things. My definition of a decent monitor starts off at $600 whereas your budget is $120. The best you're going to get is a sub 23'' screen size with a TN panel meaning sub par colour reproduction, construction, and no wide viewing angles. If you're fine with all of this, this is what you'e looking at.

It's super glossy but what monitors aren't these days. Standard 1080p resolution.
