i prefer apple (hold out for the negs) but its only because i haven't had an android, tbh my iPhone 3gs has been dropped at least 25 times fro differing heights and remains in tact to this day :L

Apple products break so easily. I have dropped my android a million times, and it hasn't broken, but that one time I drop my iPod the screen cracks.

See I had a Droid X and it was a total piece of shit, it lasted for about a month until it slowed down and in general started not working.

I've had my 4S since it came out basically and nothing has gone wrong with it once, the screen hasn't even got as much as a scratch on it and I've dropped it everywhere. Nothing has cracked.

iPhone. iOS is simply amazing and beats Android's operating system by far.
iPhone 5 runs faster and better. And looks way cooler in my opinion.
And I find Apple is more reliable. Oh and iTunes is way better..

I went to my phone store and the guy showed me how much better the iPhone 5 was than any droid. When I had a droid it cracked the first time I dropped it and I've dropped my iPhone 5 tons of times, never cracked. Android just copies Apple all the time. I will never buy an Android ever again.

Your point is invalid unless you have a reliable source saying otherwise. I have personally never seen an App specifically for an iPod Touch which would allow for you to use the Device exactly how you would with an iPhone.

No you did not. Thus your point is invalid, yet again. From personal experience, I've dropped my iPhone 4 at least 10 times, and it's still working perfectly fine and nothing was even damaged. I've dropped my Galaxy S3 once, and the back completely cracked, and the screen had a black crack going down the middle. Later that day, the phone was returned and I went back to my iPhone 4, good ol' Apple.

Lies. Apple has number one support/care for their customers. They replaced a legitimately broken item, no questions asked, all times, without fail.

I can't be bothered to point anything else out, as it clearly isn't worth my time. Your lack of knowledge tires me. Just read up a little before making rants on this specific subject in the future, and then come back with reliable sources/proof.

I prefer Android because it gives you more freedom.

I am a Droid kind of guy. My Droid Razr Maxx is the best phone i've had!

I believe it all comes down to personal preference.

I wouldn't say Apple is a "corrupt" company but I would say they are extremely selfish and main concern is money.

They make great products and have a good OS but they over price everything.

iPhone 5 is more durable than the GS3 from all the drop tests I have seen.

I have had both devices. I originally got the S3 and had it for 3 days. I liked the phone but the battery life was not very good and the device didn't run as smoothly as any iOS device I have ever owned. The galaxy 3 is a great phone and I really liked it but I have a personal preference for apple products and ended up trading the S3 in for a iPhone 5.

I have no regrets for trading in the S3 for an iPhone 5. I believe iPhones are a lot more reliable than androids and last longer. iPhone 4/4S is a extremely fragile phone but with the iPhone 5 they introduced and new design that is a lot more durable.

Android. Everyone thinks apple is better, but no. Just no.
