Whenever I re-installed my google chrome on my computer and opened up youtube it looked something like this.

My youtube previously looked like this.(It still looks like this in incognito mode)

I honestly do not know either.

Sometimes YouTube changes it layout for me as well, not as often though. (Maybe every blue moon)

Try clearing your cookies and cache. Might help.
