Building is always cheaper for equal or better power. There is no disadvantage to building your own.

buy one of them and expect to be disappointed they both have crap components and wont run any decent games

I wont say the bottom one because it comes with windows 8 and the other one comes when windows7

the bottom one Is newer than the top one so yah its better to get the bottom one I say.the face is,im using a cyberpower pc too.
