Hey guys I've recently discovered that when I play games my Gpu gets super hot and I have tried a cooling pad and that didn't work and some games don't even detect my GPU, and yes I have used Nvidia Control panel but that doesn't do jack shit. I have a free support call I can use but I am wondering what can Acer do to fix this problem and will I have to ship it to them.

It's a laptop and this is a small part of the reason I don't recommend gaming on them.
Acer's cooling might be inadequate to run the card at load, you might have a lot of dust in it, or you're blocking the vents and not giving it "room to breathe" so to speak. The fan may also be damaged. There are a lot of variables here, so it's hard to tell you anything.
