Alright, so i got the Planetside 2 alpha squad, i played it for 2 days after the release, and when I tried to start playing yesterday I get a message about having to set up a subscription, And sony clearly stated that you only had to pay for the box, it would be fully free to play, no subscription. They can't just go back on what they say, what the hell? No notice either, i have contacted support but it will take some time for them to reply. Waited for 1 day now.
