Heh Im Off Sxhool Today and I Noticed U Cant Quickscope like U Could In Mw2, why did They Make it To were I Cant Scope In As Fast? (All snipers even Ballista) idk if Its Just Me Or It A Prrk Or Attachment?

Well on the orginal Black Ops you couldn't quickscope at all! On games that you can quickscope on such as COD4 and MW2, in lots of game modes most people are using sniper rifles. Many people who were actually trying to kill with assault rifles or sub machine guns found this annoying and said that sniping ruined the game. They probably didn't want everybody to run around with a sniper rifle in Black Ops 2 so they probably made it a bit more difficult to quickscope for that reason. But you can still quickscope a little bit. That is probably because some people ONLY like to quickscope on COD. Quickscoping on Black Ops 2 is almost like learning to quickscope in a different way.
