1) Oh no, we don't get a day of cheep sales. Wait, Amazon does it for UK as well.
2) Do you really want every kid driving around in some Lambo? Get a good job, earn money you can afford one.
3) You have a slight point. However we are not giving it away so people actually use it when they need to so we are making better use of a limited resource.
4) Really? Guns, I don't want some jumped up kid pulling a gun out on me as every idiot can get one. We don't need guns.
5) Who cares about the weather? I mean we get rain, we get sun. Thats enough for me.

You're saying that if we become part of the USA our weather will automatically change?

@OP
1) Do we want more kids siting at home playing Xbox when they could be working or keeping fit outside. After all its just a game. Can't think of a job where they would consider 10th prestige better than a degree.
2) Same as other guy.
3) We do as well, just not as much. Does not mean its a bad place.
4) Oh no, we don't have more fattening food. Forgive me but I don't care if we don't have as much fat food.

1. Black Friday is a great thing. People get killed over a few hundred dollars worth of items. Natural selection at its best. I personally don't do the doorbuster things. Besides, most stores also put their black friday deals online anyways.

2. There are a few kids whose parents buy them nice cars, but that's all based on their parents success, not theirs.

3. Things like that are all about marketing. App trailers makes money by people using it, then passes a minimal amount of the profit off to the users so they'll keep using it. Bing rewards is just M$ trying to get people to use Bing over Google. If those companies were UK based, you'd probably have them there too.

4. When someone is breaking in to your house late at night, it's nice to have more power than them. I'm not saying everyone should have a gun (there are some who are too supid), but it's generally fine. I don't walk outside and fear being shot every day. Most of the gun violence you hear about in the US is in the bad parts where you have gangs, drugs, etc.

5. In the US there are major differences in climate depending on where you live. From what I've heard, the UK climate is pretty much the same everywhere. I guess he's trying to say it would be nice to have different weather without having to move to a different country.

**** idiot, your obviously living int he wrong part of the UK.

By your grammar and spelling, I can tell your young, but seriously, be proud in your nation, and move somewhere else.

I live in London, and I prefer it rather than any of the US places i've been to.

You're 15, you can't have an accurate opinion on where you'd like to live until you have experienced both.
Trust me, the US and UK are both nice places, I actually have family in Houston Texas, we visit there alot. But I prefer London, the culture, the weather, the people- it all adds up for it to become a unique place.

1) The whole "People get killed over x amount of stuff for y price" does not sound appealing to me. I mean the concept is very nice, if it's online based and you remove the whole "Imma smash yo brains in if I don't get dat xbox for 50 dollars" and its online then sounds good.

2) Not to sure on the point, however all I can think of is I mean just as cars are more expensive over here does not make it bad. I would much prefer it being harder to get one as then when I see a guy or girl driving around in one it's more interesting to see as it's not an everyday sighting.

3) Yeah I understand that, it's all about the profit while maintaining image. Give something away and people then think they are really good and care about the customers. Where as in reality more people use it = more profit for the company.

4) For me that point still does not justify it, if someone was to break in to mine then I would not need a gun nor would I want one. A gun can backfire on you so badly as can a knife. If you shot when you did not mean to as you panic, the attacker gets the gun and more. I will stick to hand to hand combat personally. Yeah I get your point that most people can handle a gun, however its the idiots that ruining it. Yes, one person should not ruin it for the majority however they do.

5) Ah in that case yeah I get you. However we do to some extent, I mean the more north you go the more rain you get. As Dale would vouch ahha
