Doubt it, they will probably have the same design but a different name.

Gta find it very hard to add real life stuff like that even though yes they could put a real car in but they need permission of the car makers and thats going to take ages for all cars + if you went back as vice city GTA had alot of real songs such as micheal jackson that is why alot of songs u hear on gat you would of never heard before because they need the copy right permission.

Just like GTA4, they will have cars that are based on real cars. Examples (GTA4):
Coquette = Chevrolet Corvette (one of the most obvious ones, both design and name give it away)
Cavalcade = Cadillac Escalade
Sentinel = BMW 5 series
Comet = Porsche 911 (one of the more obvious ones, how does it not look like a Porsche)

In trailer #2 I've seen a car that looks a lot like the Audi R8 (even has 4 circles as a logo, just like Audi). Also seen a car that looks like a Maserati, Aston Martin and a Porsche (not sure about the last one though).

Rockstar Games is not allowed to use any licensed cars however the cars will look almost identical they will not be. The names of the cars/trucks will be switched to a name similar, but not the exact name as a real vehicle.
