Sometimes while playing BO2 I hear a sound that I can best describe as a generator powering down, and sometimes, a generator powering up. This does not seem to happen at any specific point in the game, and I was wondering if anybody else hears this sound and if anybody knows what it signifies.

This sound would be a problem with Audio placement in your game coding. Therefore it would be best to install your game. If this does not fix the issue, buy a new copy or replace it with another. The issue may happen with a misplacment of audio coding from the factory where it was made.

I wasn't aware that this could happen, thank you for the suggestion.
