Wow, That is overpriced. The processor is alright, for the low budget PC's. I hope you don't plan on playing games with this. It has dedicated graphics so don't expect to play anything modern at all.

Overall its pretty good, but it all depends on what youll be using it for. If you are going to be photoshopping and especially precise video rendering, I'd recommend at least some kind of dual core processor(or better), and video card rather than an integrated chipset(which usually are lower quality). But, your chosen PC would likely be more than ok if you added a few spare parts like a ddr3 external video card in the future.
Its kinda like buying a car. If i want a fast car I can either pimp out a cheap Nissan s-series model or simply spend more money on a GT-R. It all depends on knowing your PC and what its capable of. If your buying a production model (a complete pc package) just be sure there are no defects or flaws, the same way you should know about the 3 red lights before buying an older xbox. Thats just my two pieces, take what you want from it, as I know some people may not agree.

I bet "r00t" or "ItsMichael" or "Generation" could whip you up a better build for that money, even though it is quite a tight budget.
