Excuse me, how are you supposed to get jug without turning the power on for a long period of time.

If you were to get jug that would require the power turned on, and then you wouldn't have that shell to glitch behind.

Very good glitch but I think it is only handy for the lower rounds.

just put the turbine in front of the juggernog and get it that way. you dont need the power on to get perks

go to jug place so (City) and lay down a turbine next to jug then come back and get into the glitch =)
