Trust me. I pre-ordered Black Ops 2 original and then they magically made the hardened and CP editions..
Anyway what I'm trying to get at, is that things are going to change (hopefully) when you pre-order.
As it is still far away, Rockstar will be giving non game content as pre-order material, this being the Double-Sided poster (which in my opinion is gay as fu**! They should of used pictures that are not on the net)

and they are giving key chains that reveal points of interest in GTA5.

I think the pre-order content is goin to get better, that's why I'm waiting till a month before release to pre-order.
IF THEY MAKE OTHER PRE-ORDER CONTENT THOSE WHO ALREADY PRE-ORDERED WONT GET THE NEW CONTENT IS WHAT IN SAYING!!!!
So, if you only bought original and have no intention of 'upgrading' your order to the special edition (if there will be one) with the new content, look like your just taking the poster and keychain!
Flat out, in an easy sentence:
You stay with what you received, unless they make a special edition

I've already pre ordered, if they change it, just tell them you want the other edition instead, no need to not pre order because a different edition will come out.

Wait, you pre-ordered Black Ops 2 not knowing there was going to be a Hardened Edition and a more exclusive one? Where have you been since MW2? I can tell you already there is going to be a limited edition with MW4 as well.
Anyway, I haven't pre-ordered yet and I'm not going to until they detail all editions. Not planning on paying full price for the game and find out like a few weeks later I could have gotten exclusive content for (nearly) the same money. I only care about in-game content though, they can keep those posters/key chains as far as I'm concerned.

I knew there was gunna be hardened. I had the money to buy the original at the time for Nuketown 2025 announcement so I bought it then..

or you could just cancel your pre-order and go with another company, most retailers in the UK just give away pre order gifts after release anyway if you ask them.

i live in canada.. but ye that might work. but i rather just wait.. i want in game content, i can buy a poster if i really wanted one, and knowing Rockstar they will add one in the case with the game..
