This is what happens to me except I'm on PC. I have the game on Steam and I got the Digital Deluxe editin upgrade which comes with the non zombies and zombies nuketown map and some other stuff. HELP!

Right click on the game in steam, and i believe go to settings of it and "verify integrity" Something like that. Hope i helped!
