I could give you the same argument but switching the Android and Apple parts around.

Its all personal preference.

The guy in the store is a moron.
I work in the same industry, I even work in a store advising people.

We have had more Android devices returned than Apple.....but we could put this down to the fact there are more Android capable devices out there.
So...

Galaxy S2 VS iPhone 4S
Higher return/repair rate on the Galaxy

Galaxy S3 vs iPhone 5
Higher return/repair rate on the Galaxy again.

Apple money hungry?
Which business isnt.
Apple deal in Computing Communications and Media.
Samsung deal in ALOT more product types yet earn less.

If Apple were so bad they would not have the reputation and standard they do today.

People call anyone that gets an Apple product Sheep.
Its also now the case for people who go against Apple.

As for Apples customer service compared to Samsung, Apple win hands down.
Couple of examples for you.

1 - Apple
A customer of mine had their iPhone 4 for over the 12 months warranty and the handset developed a fault that I could not fix and advised they try the Apple Store near by to see what could be done as it was out of Warranty.
Customer was back within 30 minutes with a fresh new iPhone.

2 - Samsung
Customer was in with a Galaxy S3 they had for 3 weeks, our policy in store is to send it for repair free of charge, customer decided to call Samsung.
Samsung refused to replace the device and suggested sending to a certified repair centre.
All this for a little speaker fault.

That is just one case for each, but I have several EXCELLENT customer service stories for Apple and I dont think I have 1 for Samsung.

Im not going to argue with anyone or start a war, because that would be pointless. But, to just say something @OP, saying a company is "corrupt" because their main goal is money would make every company "corrupt" all companies are in it for the money 100%.

Liquify wrote iPhone. iOS is simply amazing and beats Android's operating system by far.
iPhone 5 runs faster and better. And looks way cooler in my opinion.
And I find Apple is more reliable. Oh and iTunes is way better..

lol half the new ideas for the ios5 update came from the android and there has been many speed tests that has provided us with correct answer, guess what... it wasnt the iphone every time. go do some valid research before spreading false statements.

It's really not that false. iOS systems are about 4 years ahead of Android systems.

I'm extremely curious to find out how you came up with 4 years?

You're **** serious right? iPhone's specs have been the same, each time. 500 MB RAM, blah blah. Droid's have been everywhere. Until now, Android hasn't been all too powerful. The Nexus line is the most powerful line of Android Phones. Nexus 4 = 2GB RAM, 16GB Space, and official Google updates. Android 4.2 is by far superior than any mobile operating system.
Get a benchmark from an iPhone 5, and a Nexus. Have fun getting your ass proven wrong.

Thank god, someone with sense, finally. The Galaxy S3 LTE version has 2GB of RAM and 32GB memory, iPhone users boast about 64GB memory but where's your 2GB RAM? Exactly.

Meh, I buy a 3 dollar case for my iPhone and try not to use it as a baseball and its fine. Take care of it and it doesnt break. Also, I much more prefer the simplicity of iPhones. As for Apple being corrupt, "corrupt" is not the right word. They lost their ingenious CEO and have yet to regain their balance is how I look at it.

All corporations care about is money, in one form or another the reason corporations do anything is for profit. They could give a damn about their customers as long as they make profit.

Umm, no.. the Galaxy S3 has more RAM, better processor and runs smoother than the iPhone 5. Don't reply to this though because I don't want to start a war about Apple v Samsung, it would be stupid to start an argument here.

Either way, speed/ram/etc. doesn't matter if everything runs smooth on the phone. Never seen an iPhone lag once, and I know the old android devices were horrible with stuttering/lagging/ even complete shutdowns.

The new androids are getting a lot better, though.

Also, Nexus doesn't have 4G.
