Hi guys , im from ireland and i want to get stuff like Fortress craft etc..

there not available in my country so i was wondering if someone from America/Canada would make and account on xbox (without membership / no credit card numbers or anything in the sort where i could scam you!!

just a plain and simple account that was made on american ip so i can get access to your apps instead of the shit ones they offer to me!

Changing the locate has nothing to do with this... You have to set the accounts location to the United States...

If the Xbox Live service teams sees that you are playing on an American Ip adressed profile, you will likely get banned. That is a really severe case of scam and you could face criminal charges. Just sayin'.
