go to jug place so (City) and lay down a turbine next to jug then come back and get into the glitch =)

the turbine goes away and you still have the perk but it doesnt work without power

if you have a party of 4 just have a team-mate lay down a turbine when it breaks =) just stay away from the city and the turbine will last longer! i know this can get annoying tho...

your right it is annoying, thats why this glitch sucks. and the other guy is right is only works on lower rounds
