I'm starting to stream right now and ill be playing some league of legends. I'm currently testing the stream and playing around with the settings to get the best quality.

You're currently offline but, from watching some of your previous videos, you're quality isn't that bad. It's fairly decent, overall 7/10. Who may I ask is your ISP?
