Yes i uninstalled and installed again it still is being stupid. No other game or the dashboard just the menu and game son CoD.

MW3 and BO2 both do this lag spike thing with me it happens if i'm on the menu or playing like i said it lasts about the 30 seconds while its happen even if i press the xbox button even then its super lagging.

I was hosting a game on zombies and it did a lag spike all the players in my game said it was super laggy for them when it happened so its an odd thing i have no idea how to fix

if you uninstalled the game and it still does it then it must be a CoD issue

mines installed to my xbox also sean, so i think its a console problem not so much our connection problem.

I think it is a server problem, im in pubs with all my mates and everyone of us is lagging.

its not a connection issue because like i and OP said it happens on the menu and it has happened while playing single player my Xbox does not do this with any other games apart from MW3 and BO2

I've also been having this same issue. The game is almost unplayable at this point.

I get major Console lag too, i have a slim.. not that old, when i turn it on it will be frozen at the dash and takes awhile for it to start working again...

same with in game it gets laggy sometimes, i think it is the new xbox dash.

it started happening to me today....I might tweet xbox if it continues
