Host a 6 man TDM or something and you will most likely to become host so it will stop the reloading then it will be fine.

Heres what you gotta do
-hover over party games
-push x button and it will ask what connection type you want
-click best and choose sticks and stones and start the match
-it should throw you in there by yourself as host
-if you don't get host first time sign out and try again
-once your host get a few kills then back out
-then join a game and play and it's fixed
I'm master prestige and it works fine
