I'm looking to buy an HD PVR to record my Xbox gameplay, but I'm not sure which one is best suited for my laptop.

I have a MacBook Air, which doesn't have a disc drive, so I'll have to download the drivers from the Hauppauge Website.

Which model should I buy, and would be compatible with the Mac OS? (I am aware of the hdpvrcapture software, which I plan on using)

Personally I would recommend the Hauppage HD PVR (Gaming edition or standard), I personally have one and know that they're fairly readily available at most electronics stores such as Frye's and/or Best Buy.

I would just get the standard one. The only difference with the gaming edition is that its black with a green light.

I have the Hauppauge HD PVR. Works great, produces the same quality as Rooster Teeth and all those guys.
