Obviously you're going to get mixed opinions.

XP500's. The only thing people can say about Astro's is "oh they're MLG certified" or "the specifications are better"

Which is all total bs. Turtle Beach is also MLG certified and 99% of people don't even know that the hell the specifications mean.

You can program every aspect of sound with the XP500's. You can literally take any background noise and just throw it away and amplify things like footsteps or boost the high frequencies and low frequencies so things really boom, it's like a subwoofer for your head.

I tried Astro's once. The XP500's were still better.
