I think they hotfixed it and are planning on banning or reseting the players who did it or where involved in it.

Can't do it anymore.

Basically it was;
- Add someone with a video of Demoliton on Nuketown that went for 6 seconds.
- Go to CodTV and view Friends videos.
- Download the video.
- Go into theater and watch it.
- It will have leveled you to level 55.
- Prestige & repeat.
