BO2 and Turtle Beach headsets

Is there an issue with the sound in the game. When using my Turtle beach headset it sounds like there are players shooting right behind me when they are on the other side of the map. The headsets are pretty much useless.

Because Treyarch basically made the sound tricky to render headsets useless so no one has an unfair advantage.

thats y i hat trey arch, dead scilence is the most pointless perk in the games LITTERALLY and my trittons are collecting dust as i play bo2 >

Patched as in what? No. They WANTED the game to be like this so no one can take advantage over someone by headset...

Yeah I dont see much point in dead silence or awareness if they have screwed the sound. I did notice they are still trying to sell the new model headsets as an essential part of BO2

I wasnt sure if it was an unintentional mistake by treyarch and therefor may be patched. Didnt realise they made it that way purposely.

Yea, it is kinda ridiculous because some people buy headsets, and throughout this game they will be useless...
Then again it is a little more fair because not everyone is able to afford an expensive gaming headset.

Yeah I get why they would do it to make it fairer for casual gamers. Its just a pity as COD was the only game I use the headset on
