On cod elite, there are no clan events or anything happening?
But i have seen people with gold clan tags?

Put whatever your Elite Clan tag really is and it will be Gold.

You need to have a golden clan tag in MW3. All you have to do is change your clan tag text to whatever your clan's tag is and then dashboard.
